Information we receive
When you contact Meridian, we may receive your name, contact details, travel preferences, party information and anything else you choose to include in your private brief. We collect only what is useful for responding to and shaping your enquiry.
How we use it
Information is used to respond to enquiries, recommend suitable yachts and itineraries, coordinate requested services, maintain service records and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Who may receive it
Where necessary to plan a requested charter, relevant details may be shared with carefully selected yacht representatives, captains, destination partners or professional advisers. We share only what is needed for the service requested.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with your enquiry, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may also ask us to stop non-essential communications at any time.
